The 2014 Chablis, which is raised entirely in stainless steel, has a vibrant bouquet with subtle yellow flower scents underlying the mineral tones. This is more premier cru standard than village cru. The palate is fresh and taut, superbly focused and animated with just a touch of spiciness toward the long and sustained finish. This top-notch Chablis comes strongly recommended.
