There's no denying this wine's greenness: It's draped all over the nose, palate and finish. But that doesn't mean it's not a classy, structured, tangy wine with length and clarity. It's a food wine for sure, with pickled, briny notes on the finish. Drink with ceviche, crudo and raw oysters.
