Winemaker Notes
Bursting with aromas of citrus blossoms, nectarine and Honeydew Melon. The multifaceted aromas and dense mouth feel are knit together by centered acidity and a long-complex white peach finish. Barrel fermentation and oak aging for 13 months have added hints of candied ginger, and baking spice to a subtle minerality on the finish.

This wine is bright and juicy in tangerine and peach, with a subdued thread of vanilla bean that adds richness and complexity. Balanced acidity and weight keep it fresh and intriguing, as hints of ginger and clove play on the long finish.
With such similar family backgrounds, it's no wonder Joe Anderson and Mary Dewane would eventually find each other and marry. Together, they began a journey that led them to establish a winery that would make them, and their fathers, proud -- proud enough that the Benovia name pays homage to Ben and Novian.
