

1 oz Grand Marnier
2 oz Casamigos Blanco Tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
Rim a rock glass with salt. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the glass. Garnish with lime.
1 oz Campari Apertivo
1 oz Aviation Gin
1 oz Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth
Pour ingredients directly into a rock glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange twist.


2 oz Knob Creek Bourbon
1 oz Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz Contratto Vermouth Bianco (Dry)
Dash of Angostura bitters
Maraschino cherry
Stir all ingredients together with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
2 oz Basil Hayden's Bourbon
1 oz Aperol Aperitivo
1 oz Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth
Pour ingredients directly into a rock glass filled with ice. Serve up with an orange peel garnish.


1 1/2 oz The Countess Walewska Vodka
1/2 oz Guyot Creme de Cassis
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
Add vodka, creme de cassis, simple syrup and fruit juices to a mixing pint. Shake with an iced tin. Strain into glassware and garnish with a lemon twist.
